AIM Education & Research Society - A non-governmental organization (NGO), non-profit, voluntary citizens' group which is organized on a local, national or international level. Task-oriented and driven by people with a common interest, we perform a variety of service and humanitarian functions, bring citizen concerns to Governments, advocate and monitor policies through provision of information. We organize specific issues, such as human rights, environment or health and livelihood. We provide analysis and expertise, serve as early warning mechanisms and help monitor and implement international agreements.

As a Principal of this Institution I took all the responsibility of managing the students, staffs and all the activities related to this Institution as well as sister concern Institutions. I took up the task of Faculty’s recruitment whenever needed, maintaining discipline and decorum in Institution campus, getting feedback from students, Faculties and parents and taking appropriate actions on it at appropriate time. I am in charge of monitoring and maintaining safe, healthy, peaceful environment in Institution. I also monitor the attendance of students and Faculty. In this area I introduced the concept of awarding students with no leave and for students maintaining punctuality which encouraged the students to come on time to Institution. I also reviewed the text books and notes followed by students and give my feedback to Faculties for improvement. I was responsible for launching the MBA and MCA Programme in the Society which helped them in generating good revenue for the development and overall growth.

The role of Principal is very vital since we are responsible for creating healthy young minds which are pillars of tomorrow’s world. We are responsible for creating an environment in Institution that encourages and makes students to learn subjects efficiently and come out with flying colors. We also take the task for finding out special talents of students and for creating a pathway in that direction. For this the principal takes the primary role by getting the latest competition known to students and make them participate in that to bring out their talents. We also help the management by budgeting efficiently and by maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Thus the smooth and efficient operation of an educational institution lies in the hands of the captain named as Principal of the educational institution. Have 18 years of experience in teaching, administration and management of Institution activities. I have vast experience and expertise in heading a big team. As a head of managing the Post Graduate Institution I manage around 60 teaching staffs, 20 non-teaching staffs, and students of various backgrounds. I have helped the management by my dynamic professional work which helped in profitable budgeting without losing the safe and healthy environment of Institution. My greatest strengths which helped me to achieve a successful head position are my logical and critical thinking, ability to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, excellent communication skills and management ability.

Responsible for attaining the student’s quantity and quality recruitment goals. The position manages the entire Admissions and Financial Aid staff. We creates the vision and strategy for both international and domestic student recruitment. Provides overall strategic direction and management for the Admissions office.

Ensures that the allocation of staff time and expertise is in line with priorities to achieve the desired results for the organization and maximize the ROI with a focus on raising quality, flexible resources and meeting the needs of corporate supporters.
