4th Group is a project management and property consultancy specialising in the provision of hands-on high quality asset management and project management services to portfolio owners and developers principally in the commercial property sector. Our Group of companies include: 4th Consulting 4th Property Services 4th Developments 4th Consulting was established in 2007 and our continued aim is to provide our Clients with the range of services that best suits their needs so that their investments and returns are maximised. In 2010, we expanded our services to include Property Asset Management which includes commercial, residential and holiday rental property advice where we reposition distressed or underperforming assets, directly lease and manage the properties. Our development company is actively pursuing distressed assets for various uses which include office, workspace and residential conversion.
