50L Home Coalition
We create bold partnerships between the private sector and public sector and civil society organisations in order to explore, accelerate, demonstrate and disseminate the relevance, appropriateness and impact of innovations in domestic water and energy use. The 50 Litre Home Coalition (50L Home, the Coalition) is a global, multi-stakeholder action-oriented platform to address two of the most pressing global challenges: water security and climate change. Launched in October 2020, 50L Home works with private sector companies, civil society groups, intergovernmental organisations, local governments, and knowledge leaders to develop, scale and implement innovations for systems level change in domestic urban water management and responsible water usage in the home. The Coalition is convened by the World Economic Forum (WEF), the 2030 Water Resources Group (2030WRG) and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). 50L Home has initially brought together a pioneering group of private sector, public sector and civil society representatives, including Arcadis, Electrolux, Engie, Kohler, Procter & Gamble, and Suez.
