Advanced Aerial Imaging Concepts (A division of UAV-Assistance LLC) is a "drone" specialist company conveniently located near Baltimore, MD and the DC Metro area providing aerial imaging solutions worldwide. Utilizing the latest in sUAS technology, AAIC's goal is to create unique aerial imaging for our customers. Working with reliable commercially available sUAS products allows AAIC to spend more time capturing imagery rather than worrying about fickle "custom" designs saving our customers valuable time and money. Michael Tranchitella (President of AAIC) has been flying sUAS since 2000. He has passed the FAA Part 61 Private Pilot Ground Exam and Part 107 Remote Pilot Exam. He holds thousands of safe hours flying unmanned aircraft of all types including UAVs, turbine jets, scale models, and rotorcraft. His work as a pro pilot has taken him all over the globe and includes flying as Pilot In Command with many prestigious organizations including NASA, USAF, NATO, USDA, and many more. In addition to piloting, Mike has worked as an mechanical/aero engineer and program manager on several drone platforms including the XPV2 Mako and VectorP. When Mike's not flying, he's photographing or playing bass in the surf band Killers From Space.
