Advanced Component Testing (ACT) is a trusted, leading lab for electronic component testing, authenticity inspection and material analysis. We serve those requiring high reliability components for design, production, repair and maintenance, including OEMs, subcontractors and distributors in the commercial and military/aerospace sectors with quick turn-arounds, expert technical advice, and competitive pricing. ACT offers full functional and parametric electrical testing, such as up screening and temperature cycling, on wide range of COTS and MilSpec devices. To assist in making a determination regarding authenticity, we perform advanced counterfeit detection inspection including heated solvent testing, XRF and SEM analysis and IC decapsulation. Additional services include sophisticated material analysis, failure analysis, and device programming. As one of the most highly accredited labs in the industry, we have the expertise, credentials and resources to ensure compliance with all leading quality, ESD, aerospace and military standards. ACT is one of a select few ISO 17025-certified facilities performing electrical testing and counterfeit detection.
