africrops! distributes organically produced, African Moringa oleifera products in North America and Europe. The company has two headquarters in New York, USA and Berlin, Germany. Moringa oleifera is widely recognized as the most nutritional plant in the world. In particular the leaves are a rich source of vitamins, protein, minerals and antioxidants. These can be dried and ground into a fine powder, which can easily be incorporated into your daily diet, for example by mixing it into smoothies. The founders at africrops! are able to look back upon many years of living and working in African countries. Based on these experiences they aimed to provide an alternative, business-driven model for development based around fair trade. africrops! works in close cooperation with local small-scale farmers, consulting them to develop their personal skills and their product. In order to avoid dependencies and uneven relationships with our African partners we do not hand out charity and insist that high quality standards must be met. While we push our partners for a high quality, we recognize their efforts in achieving this and pay them accordingly. africrops! Moringa is grown in accordance with strong ecological principles. All cultivation, growing and harvesting of the plants is done in pristine African environments which are completely untouched by herbicides, pesticides and other chemicals. We also do not add any preservatives, colorants or fillers to the product.
