Agewell Senior Fitness

Agewell Senior Fitness provides in-home personal training services for adults 55+ and those with disabilities or health conditions such as stroke and Parkinson's Disease. We also provide fitness services to senior living communities and assisted livings facilities. We have a special interest in providing classes for small single-family home assisted living facilities, to bring movement and exercise to the smaller business. We can also provide speakers on senior health and wellness issues for your support group or community group.
