AGILEmaker is a pan-european management consulting firm specialized in organizational transformation. We were established in January 2014 with the strong conviction that Organizational Agility is the future key driver of organizational performance in a VUCA world (i.e Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous), the world in which companies are evolving. We define ourselves as organizational architects, leveraging collective intelligence, autonomy, collaboration, meaning and innovation, we foster and facilitate collaboration crossing functional and company boundaries. We accompany the implementation of complex transformation projects. We orient our approach on a meaning-seeking basis, fostering a questioning mindset we engage everyone in our culture of discovery and experimentation and strive to position all our stakeholders as change actors.
