AiC Architecture is an award winning, multi-disciplinary architectural firm originally incorporated in 1990 offering a full range of design services including commercial interior design. Centrally located in the historic Ybor City section of Tampa, AiC is capable of managing projects throughout the State of Florida and the Southeast due to our proximity to I-75, I-4 and the Tampa International Airport. AiC consistently ranks at the top of architectural and corporate interior design firms in the Tampa Bay Area. We have built our business by providing an unparalleled level of service to our clients, which is why 90 percent of our work is procured through repeat business or referrals. Our core philosophy at AiC is to combine the disciplines of Architecture and Interior Design in an open and collaborative work environment; resulting in a superior product in terms of functionality, aesthetics and cost effectiveness. We have found that in projects produced by traditional architectural firms, often times the relationships and quality of the interior spaces is of secondary importance to the study of exterior architectural forms and massing.
