Altamira Therapeutics is developing and supplying peptide-based nanoparticles (xPhoreTM) for delivery of nucleic acids to extrahepatic tissues. This versatile technology is suited for delivering different nucleic acid modalities: OligoPhore™ for small RNAs (siRNA/ASO), SemaPhore™ for mRNA, CycloPhore™ for circRNA and GenePhore™ for DNA. xPhoreTM is licensed to pharma and biotech companies for use with their proprietary nucleic acid molecules. The Company currently has two proprietary siRNA programs using OligoPhoreTM in preclinical development beyond in vivo proof of concept: AM-401 for KRAS driven cancer and AM-411 for rheumatoid arthritis. The company is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland.
