We aim to improve availability of credit through responsible and efficient credit management policy and practice. We work with Members, government and other stakeholders to develop and advocate for best practice in credit management and better availability and use of data. ARCA is the peak industry association for businesses that use credit reporting or consumer data for credit risk and credit management in Australia.  We use our expertise in advocacy, governance, education and engagement to shape best practice in credit management. Our Members include Australia's leading banks, credit unions, finance companies, fintechs, and credit reporting bodies. Collectively, ARCA's Members account for well over 95% of all consumer lending in Australia.
