ASATEX® was founded 1982, at first as a GmbH. 1995 the change of corporate form to a joint stock company took place. In the same year we moved into our current company building in Bergheim near by Cologne, which has, beside the offices, a storage are of 8.500 m2 and a modern high rack warehouse. After the change of corporate and the relocation our business area stayed the same: Simply "Work Safety from top to toe, development, production and sales to specialised trade"​. In Germany, Greece, Poland, Ungary, Albania, India, Pakistan and China we produce high class work safety gear for various applications and industry lines. The international spreading of our production facilities assures a high degree of flexibility and allows us to respond to costomer specific fabrication wishes. As sales partner and license holder we manifacture Sympatex®-protection gear. In addition, our range also includes other well-known brands with Cover-Line®, Prevent®, Prevent® Trendline, Prevent® Trendline red, Prevent® Sport, Prevent® DK, NI.TECH®, EIBE® and Astro-Protect®. We sell our products to specialised trade only. Part of the ASATEX®-Group is the subsidiary enterprise Wolfgang Mauser® Schutzbekleidung GmbH: Development and production of job and image clothing.
