Ashford Management Group, Inc., founded by Janis Martinez in 1986, specialized in retail executive search within the United States, Canada and Western Europe. Based in Atlanta, GA through 2011, many of the most prominent retailers relied on Ashford's aptitude for finding the best talent. We also worked with small independent companies to assist them in building a national presence. With multiple offices, Janis Martinez built a strong team to cover assignments in all areas of retail and online merchandising – from CEO to Manager, from operations to merchandising. The founding principles of understanding our clients' executive needs and culture has transitioned to the team now conducting business as Ashford Search, Inc.
