All the products and services discussed below are primarily offered through Aflac. Brian is an Independent Benefits Consultant who has been appointed by Aflac to act as their Agent. Brian is the interface to Aflac to both establish and service the account with the employer and the policies with the employees. All accounts are between Aflac and the employer with Brian as agent, and all policies are between Aflac and the employee with Brian as agent. Brian also offers a dedicated claims submittal support service to facilitate the submittal of claims by employees.
