BCE's founder is Alison, who has worked in Domiciliary Care, Learning Disabilities, set up and ran a Young Carers Project, been an Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer, Social Care course leader in a local College, a director of an Individual Employer support organisation and an active Trustee of a learning disabilities charity.She is passionate about raising the standards in social care and helping others. Alison is a Dignity Champion and wants to raise the awareness of dignity through her work. Whilst the company has grown considerably it remains a family run business. We have extensive experience within the Social Care sector and have a passion and drive to help people deliver high quality care. We offer Apprenticeships and quality training in most aspects of Health and Social Care. We only use the best specialist trainers ensuring you receive high quality training.
