We house the Black Certification Racial Equity Standard Framework. Our framework is based on the Model Black Certified Corporation; a set of guidelines that defines what a truly inclusive, progressive, and diverse company looks like. This system consists of 4 parts (Survey, Solutions, Badge, Score) that are designed to track, assess, validate, and EMPOWER corporate DE&I policies, initiatives, and commitments that focus on Black and African Americans. The auditing SURVEY is a voluntary online information submission process The ondemand SOLUTIONS are identified for each area of our survey, they are independent and outsourced firms reviewed by our internal team. The (ESG) SCORE places a competitive nature around DE&I commitments to add an additional layer of accountability & value. THE Trademarked BADGE is your firm's visible and public representation of its commitment to DE&I.
