#BlackHollywood represents all black actors, announcers, broadcast journalists, dancers, DJs, news writers, news editors, program hosts, puppeteers, recording artists, singers, stunt performers, voiceover artists and other media professionals. #BlackHollywood members are the faces and voices that entertain and inform America and the world about what's really going on with the urban community. With national offices in Detroit, Atlanta, and Cleveland, #BlackHollywood members work together to secure the strongest protections for urban Entertainers throughout the country. Mission Statement "#BlackHollywood was founded to fight for awareness of urban artists and producers. Our members united to form a union ensure that our artists and artists will not go unrewarded. We realize the struggle to extend and expand our culture is a real one and we are here to try to ensure our people every possible advantage. Our work is seen and heard in theaters, on television and radio, sound recordings, the internet, games, mobile devices, home video: you see us and hear us on all media distribution platforms. We are the faces and the voices that entertain and inform America and the world about what's really going on with the Urban community. It is a core value of #BlackHollywood that our strength is in sticking to what we like. We are committed to the allowing our people express themselves in whatever they see fit, within the bounds of the law.
