I am a former Lawyer and Compliance professional who is passionate about helping individuals making positive shifts into their personal and professional spheres and live a purposeful life. I believe in People and the possibility of impacting the World through personal growth and proactive change. Our planet urgently needs more conscious leaders, authentic people, empowered human beings and reconnected souls, The World needs… YOU! My move from the Financial industry to the Wellness industry was a calling. I came to self-realisation through a personal journey which started with meditation and mindfulness. Because sometimes change starts with "being" rather than "doing". I studied the Eastern and Western philosophy, the Ancient wisdom and that gave me new insights and perspectives. Every day brings its lot of teaching and magic that I embrace with humility and gratitude. Now, from Legal to Finance to Wellness... Why focusing in women in Technology? I believe in Technology to serve and unlock Human potential. I myself am currently working in Apps projects! But this critical industry is facing internal challenges with workers burning out, Women underrepresented (only 20%), ethnic diversity almost non-existent and lack of ethics and internal moral code. Tech needs Women and Balance. So I welcome clients from the Tech Industry who want tools and support to face and overcome these structural challenges, to create change for themselves and beyond. I believe in impact Coaching: Coaching targeted groups of people to make a lasting impact beyond the individual and contribute to solve critical issues with a benefit societywide.
