It all started in 2014, we used to be you - business leaders and marketers frustrated by the lack of accountability and collaboration in customer communication, data, payments, technology, marketing and sales. We saw changing customer behaviour and brands wondering how to listen to what customers were saying, and squander big budgets at marketing campaigns with no tangible way to measure their effectiveness along the end-to-end customer journey. We saw how brands were not utilising the latest technology innovations to optimise processes and create significant impact at the make or break moments of truth. We realised the old model would not work, so we decided to build a new one.
