Borealis Solutions Ltd was established in 2007 to provide management consultancy to clients in the government sector with a clear objective to improve quality and performance. Initially, this has focused on contracting into UK-based Health and Social Care organisations to assist the operational management in the areas of patient access, records management, commissioning, and change management across a diverse environment. In 2011 the company expanded its offering to include corporate communications with contracts established in the pharmaceutical and utility sectors. We can provide support for specific project requirements (feasibility through to strategy and operational management) or for interim operational healthcare management.
