Borealis Solutions Ltd was established in 2007 to provide management consultancy to clients in the government sector with a clear objective to improve quality and performance. Initially, this has focused on contracting into UK-based Health and Social Care organisations to assist the operational management in the areas of patient access, records management, commissioning, and change management across a diverse environment. In 2011 the company expanded its offering to include corporate communications with contracts established in the pharmaceutical and utility sectors.
