Bounce Forward (previously known as How to Thrive) is a national charity that specialise in practical resilience for children and young people. We work with schools across the UK to provide the tools and training needed to build students' resilience for life. The work is practical, based on evidence, and can deliver deep and lasting change in young people's behaviour and their ability to learn. Our Core Principles 1 Resilience is not just about overcoming setbacks it's also about making the most of opportunities. 2 Our approaches and training are based on solid research, theory and evidence. 3 We teach skills and strategies that work in the real world. 4 The adults matter: their role is vital in helping children and young people be resilient.
