Brantel Lanka (Pvt) Limited, entered the rapidly growing mobile phone market in 2004 as the Agents of Lenovo in Sri Lanka. After the successful handling of the Lenovo Agency for the Sri Lankan territory for four years, the company embarked on the ambitious project of designing and launching its own brand. Thus the brand E-TEL was launched in the year 2008 in the Sri Lankan market. E-TEL brand filled a void in the market catering to the mass market with affordable high quality mobile phones. E-Tel is Sri Lanka's second highest selling Smart Phone brand. The Company entered the Corporate Enterprise solutions in the year 2014 with E-Tel Enterprise Servers, Thin Clients, Mini Computers and Customized software solutions to provide substantial cost saving to Companies, whilst enhancing ITC integration for seamless front and back office operations.
