Broadway Insurance & Surety Company, Inc. was founded by the Binakaj Family in 2013. Its central office is located in Fairfield, New Jersey, less than 30 miles away from New York City. The company is owned solely by the Binakaj Family. The founders began as bail bondsmen in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1996, before moving their office to Paterson, New Jersey. There they began operating under the name of Aaron Bail Bonds. In the last decade, Aaron Bail Bonds has grown to become the largest bail bond agency in the State of New Jersey, and one of the largest in the country, operating several offices across the state. As a leading voice in the bail bond industry, Aaron Bail Bonds and the Binakaj Family spearheaded the initiative to create the United Surety Association of New Jersey (USANJ), an organization which represents the interests of the bail industry and bondsmen across the entire state.
