3 Day Evidence-Based Burris Coach Training Our focus is on building coaching and behavioral health infrastructure within corporate, military, and educational environments. We do this by training and certifying counselors and coaches with an evidence-based Emotional Measurement process which tracks the progress of the client and proficiency of the coach online. All data is color coded to indicate improvement, no improvement or regression. This represents a significant cost advantage over outsourcing these services not to mention absolute control. The ability to measure, track and improve the emotional wellbeing of military personal, students and employees is unique to our company. Burris Institute has clearly defined behavioral epidemiology (behavior cause and control) and evidence-based as it pertains to behavioral health.
