CEM aims to bridge the gap in the Philippine higher education, research, industry, and the development sectors by creating pools of experts from the Erasmus network. We support advocacy, develop programmes and activities, and forge partnerships with relevant institutions and organisations that value integrity, transparency, and quality; respect human dignity and life; and work toward the achievement of the SDGs.
