Carbon & Energy Africa (C&EA) offers full service integrated sustainable engineering solutions in the carbon and energy management fields in Sub-Saharan Africa. C&EA is a subsidiary of EnviScan A/S. C&EA's aim is to facilitate all-round asset optimisation initiatives with special emphasis on the industrial sector. We do this by maximising process efficiency and reducing energy resource usage and the resultant greenhouse gas emissions. Our success in the field is based on our ability to offer integrated solutions, linked to the Eskom Integrated Demand Management (IDM) funding scheme and/ or the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) where possible. This approach allows for a continued development without changes to production levels or quality while ensuring improvements to Clients' economic, environmental and societal sustainability. Through our established relationships with technology suppliers and energy governing authorities, we remain at the forefront of legislative/policy and technological advances in the energy sector. Our innovative approaches ensure that we constantly redefine the possibilities for improving a company's energy performance by offering technical evaluations, financial support options, for example, via the carbon markets and efficient environmental management.
