Carl F Groupco Limited was formed in August 2010 - the result of the merger of two long-established hardware distributors who have collectively served the window and door hardware market in the UK for over 70 years. The company's main objective is to provide the industry with a wide range of high quality window and door hardware components. Working in close partnership with some of Europe's leading hardware manufacturers, we bring you an extensive range of quality hardware and ventilation products giving you the security, functionality and reliability that you need and that your customers demand. These relationships and our expertise allow Carl F Groupco to provide you, our customer, with the products that you want, when you want them. Carl F Groupco also operates Carl F direct, a trading name of the company established in 2005. This is a direct mail and e-commerce business which supplies trade tools to the window and door industry. The product ranges available from Carl F direct include, power tools, bits/blades/abrasives, hand tools, measuring equipment, PPE, health & safety equipment, maintenance products and ladders. Customer service and support is integral to our business model, our aims and objectives centre on service excellence in which our dedicated sales, technical and distribution departments are committed to working together. We provide the highest level of service from initial contact through to after sales service and support. This is managed in many ways; reporting order despatch times, managing returns and setting targets for responding to customer enquiries. Carl F Groupco's head office is located centrally in the UK, in Peterborough. Our modern premises are conveniently situated just minutes from the A1 providing excellent transport links across the UK. Our Scottish depot is located in Cumbernauld allowing us to provide service across Scotland, including the Highlands and Offshore Islands.
