Carla Morton, Coach & Facilitator

Carla is an Executive & Leadership Coach. www.carlamorton.com. She is a certified Professional Integral Coach through New Ventures West, a certified facilitator through The MMS Institute; an ICF Credentialed Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Mentor Coach. She is also the Executive Director of the MMS Institute of Northern California, a branch of The MMS Worldwide Institute that offers ICF Credentailed Coach Training and Transformational Workshops called The Inner Negotiation Workshop. Her Coaching Practice includes individuals who are sole proprietors as well as executives from such companies as IBM, McGuire Real Estate, Autodesk, Dell, Meals-on-Wheels, and Bank of the West. Carla considers the whole person when she works with a client. She looks not only at the "problem" they present with, but how the individual inhabits their physical, emotional and social lives. Her goal is to support her clients to develop new capacities and strategies to resolve personal and occupational difficulties in a fresh way, ensuring long-term excellence, ability to self-correct and to flourish in their lives.
