CMS is a passionate development support organisation, working in social development since 1994. CMS provides quality management services to improve the effectiveness of policies, processes and outcomes. Services include assessments, planning, proposal development, monitoring, evaluations, research, capacity building, documentation and communication, HR &OD, financial management. CMS is well known for its expertise in evaluations and impact assessments, monitoring, research and documentation in livelihood, NRM, education and health sectors. It brings in the unique strength of doing by itself and supporting variety of organisations. It does its own action research and implementation in its field labs (through its resource centres), apart from working with others. Our current strengths are in the domains of Livelihoods, Health, Education, Governance and Disaster Risk Reduction and Response.CMS enables and catalyses networks and partnerships of CBOs, NGOs, FBOs, mFIs, multilateral, bilateral,INGOs, government, academic institution and corporate organizations to achieve their objectives. CMS has worked with over 400 development partners directly and through consortia. We engage with partners in four ways – through expert inputs, facilitated processes, demonstration (including incubation), and outsourcing – while continuously learning and innovating CMS has its Head Office in Bangalore, India. It also has regional and project offices in five different states of India. Each of the offices are supported by a core team of professionals with diverse expertise and experiences. CMS has a project office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It has a network of professionals in India who get involved in various assignments on a case-to-case basis
