Cebu Institute of Medicine is a Higher Education Institution offering a Doctor of Medicine program. As a professional institution it is recognized by CHED and PRC as one of the top performing medical schools of the Philippines. For the past decade, CIM has consistently passed 100% in the Philippine Physician Licensure Examinations given by the Professional Regulation Commission. Founded in 1957 by Dr. Jacinto Velez, it has produced topnotch physicians practicing in the different regions of the Philippines and internationally, including USA, UK, and many parts of the Asia and the Pacific Region. Cebu Institute of Medicine is a Level 3 PAASCU Accredited institution and is a Founding Member of the Association Philippine Medical Colleges.
