CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County (CLAOC)

The CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County (CLA-OC) was forged by the leaders of some of the most prominent companies in the county around a common purpose of creating a thriving OC for all. We are a collaborative effort led by purposeful CEOs who believe that contributing to the community is not only a responsibility, but the right thing to do. Vibrant communities require cross-sector collaboration to create new opportunities and solve complex challenges. CEOs have the convening power and resources to bring the right people together. We are a diverse community, and it's too easy to work in silos without a common endpoint in mind. We work strategically to help others succeed through four focus areas to build synergies for enhanced economic and community well-being: - Education - Talent - Branding - Innovation Investment This four-part strategy is designed to create a multiplier effect as a flywheel that spins and builds momentum. These workstreams reinforce each other as key leverage points to build compounding impact over time. Our mission is to grow OC into a top tier innovation region in America.
