Our company was created looking for Quality, Food Safety, and Risk Management alternatives in the food service and food processing industry. After much research into the investment potential for a biodegradable food and surface citrus wash, Citro Industries, Inc. now Citro Bio by SaniChem International launched an entire product line for retail and commercial use of Food Processing Aids and Sanitizing Solutions for the Food Processing Industry. CitroBio Ultra-CL is a Ready to Use Sanitizer EPA Registered, OMRI Listed, approved for Organic Operations. It can be used in Federally inspected Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Nut and Vegetable Processing Facilities as a Sanitizer. Citro Bio is a citrus extract wash for Seafood, Meat, Poultry and Produce. It extends shelf life and has proven effectiveness against E. Coli, Salmonella and Listeria among other pathogens. With 20 years of history in food safety, it has been professionally tested, is completely biodegradable and soluble in water. It does not change color or flavor but gives a better quality and appearance, no rinsing is necessary. Our ingredients are FDA/GRAS approved, (Generally Recognized As Safe) and Kosher Certified. Our goal is to produce safe, high quality Sanitizing Solutions and Food Processing Aids that meet customer needs providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Currently CitroBio Ultra-CL and Citro Bio is distributed in North America, Central America, South America and Europe.
