The City Opportunity Fund South Africa is a highly specialised real estate, investment and development fund reinventing and repurposing underperforming and under-appreciated buildings and precincts across South Africa. We were conceptualised in 2021 to rise to the challenge and capitalise on the opportunities that the COVID and post-COVID environments present.
