To establish more seats at the table in government and private industry for women to shape climate action. OUR VISION Women of every age, nation, language and background working to create a healthy planet where humans, plants and animals can thrive. WE BELIEVE That solving climate change requires challenging global power structures. Blaming and shaming won't bring anyone to the table. Good-faith collaboration requires stakeholders to feel safe, heard and respected. That sustainable solutions require diverse deciders. Inclusive decision-making welcomes contributors across gender, ethnic and religious identity, economic status, geography and political perspectives. That immediate action is necessary. No more kicking the can down the road. That science and economic growth can be symbiotic. Economies will thrive with thoughtful planning that prevents climate threats to people, agriculture and industry. No economy can survive climate change. That women have unique experiences and perspectives that are key to solving climate change. We need women's contributions at every level of climate action.
