Co-ASK is a web application that transforms the outdated job seeking process to the 21st century. We live in a data centered world, and resumes are a thing of the past. We give job seekers and employers a better solution. Job seekers are empowered through our program. Their transferable abilities, skills, and knowledge are discovered through entering their job experience and education. Our algorithms do all the work, so there is no more wasting time. This allows them to receive personalized job offers from employers. Employers are revitalized through our program. Their job positions are created using our list of occupations to search through our database of job seekers. Rather than receiving an overwhelming amount of resumes, the recruitment process is accelerated by showing only the most qualified and compatible for the job.
