Founded in 1982, CA manages condominiums, cooperatives, homeowner associations, and multi-family residential real estate across Florida. In early 2015, a new ownership team who utilizes a relationship-based approach to property management purchased CA. Providing boutique management services to upscale, amenity-based property requires knowing and understanding your clients and their needs. By focusing first on building strong relationships, it allows our teams to better understand what motivates clients and in turn, what drives key operational aspects within the property. Today, CA provides boutique service in the areas of facilities management, staffing and personnel management, front desk support, concierge services, administrative support, property maintenance, and individual unit care to over 200 associations and more than 30,000 units across the State of Florida.
