Cooper & Cooper Consulting was originally developed to seek Government awards for SBIR and R&D Grants by utilizing our Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman-Owned Small Business status to better leverage government contract opportunities for clients. The business is also involved with assisting clients with publishing their products and services on the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule. GSA Schedule Contracts, also known as Federal Supply Schedules, are indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), long-term contracts under the General Services Administration's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program. Cooper & Cooper Consulting also assists companies with developing quad charts, writing white papers and proposal writing.
