Co-operation Housing

Co-operation Housing is a not-for-profit Australian public company that was established in 2010 with the aim of supporting and growing the housing co-operative sector in Western Australia. We are a registered community housing provider with the Western Australian Housing Authority, and the only that specialises in housing co-operatives. We are also a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Provider Co-operation Housing plays a vital role in the community housing sector, enabling co-operatives to maintain their identity and independence ensuring members are able to provide living standards that are consistent with their principles. We offers a range of services to existing and new housing co-operatives, including property, strata and tenancy management.
