We believe Data Freedom is the application of personal power to exercise choice and make decisions about the uses of our data without constraint based on the medical-legal standard of Informed Consent which requires a clear appreciation and understanding of the facts, implications, and future consequences of an action. 1. Freedom: the power to exercise choice and make decisions without constraint from within or without; autonomy; self-determination, volition. 2. Informed Consent: is consent given by a person who has a clear appreciation and understanding of the facts, implications, and future consequences of an action. We have a unique vision for the future of privacy based on two patents and the simple idea of convenient and easy Data Control Technology. We believe all people, including groups of people, have the natural right to control and monetize their data. No person should be denied this fundamental right. A free society requires the autonomy and privacy of our own thoughts, volition as a sacred execution of free-will, as well as protection from the abuse of our personal data resulting in manipulation and control of our minds.
