The company's technology philosophy is not ingredient-centric but consumer-centric — so the ingredients used in the plant-based products are not static. Singapore-based Dynamic Foodco is a food-technology company working to tackle food security issues in Singapore and beyond. Established in 2021, Dynamic Foodco leverages Dr. Andy Kusumo's experience as the first scientist and R&D Head in Asia for Quorn, a pioneer in the alternative protein space; his prior stint at biopharma Merck and Amgen; and his chemical engineering degrees from Cornell University and Carnegie Mellon University, to push the boundaries of plant-based meat alternatives. The Dynamic Foodco team is backed by an advisory board comprised of food industry veterans to help scale the business.
