Edinburgh University Students' Association
Edinburgh University Students' Association (EUSA) is the primary student union for the University of Edinburgh, established in 2012. It is a private limited company by guarantee and is one of the largest students' unions in the UK, with an annual turnover of £13 million and a staff of over 550. EUSA focuses on student representation, advocating for student interests through elected Sabbatical Officers and a Trustee Board. It manages various facilities, including the King’s Buildings House, which features a gym, sports courts, and catering services. The organization supports over 300 student societies and events, providing educational support through academic advice, peer mentoring, and employability programs. Additionally, EUSA operates bars, cafes, and shops across campuses, offering specialized support for student well-being, including mental health resources and housing advice. It serves approximately 49,000 students at the University of Edinburgh, ensuring a wide range of services tailored to their needs.
