Hi, we are E-FISHient Protein and we are an ambitious food tech startup, born out of a collaboration between Volcanic institute and Bio-Meat food tach fund. We love fish, adore the ocean and care about all creatures live on earth. That's why we at E-FISHient understand that a sustainable solution for healthy and moral protein sources that will benefit the world is needed. Good thing we have the knowledge, technology and vision to bring it into the world - it's called E-FISHient, and it's the fish of the future. What we do: We develop cultivated fish meat, out of a sense of mission to create a sustainable fish, that will be better for the environment and ecosystem, will repair damage and heal the ocean and will be healthier and more nutritious for humans. How do we do it: With the goal of bringing to your dinner table seafood without the need for the sea, we have united the best minds that together have managed to produce cultivated fish meat in the laboratory. Our fish contain muscles tissues, fats, proteins and lots of omega three, unlike fish that are grown in the sea or fish farms they do not contain antibiotics, microplastics and other pests that you do not want in your food. That's why E-FISHient is a sustainable, tasty and healthier solution for protein source and balanced nutritional values.
