EMOS Ltd. is one of the largest companies in the market of electrical devices and components in the whole of the Czech Republic. The EMOS headquarters are located in Prerov, Czech Republic and its four subsidiaries are located in the Slovak Republic, Poland, Slovenia and Hungary. The focus of the companies export activities, however, focuses on most of the CEE countries. The key activity of EMOS Ltd. is mainly the sale of electrical components and services in installation of low voltage devices. The main focus is import, export, wholesale and retail of electrical components, devices and lighting products. EMOS Ltd. is the exclusive distributor of GP Batteries, GP Powerbanks and GP Lighting products. EMOS Ltd. also produces brands known as EMOS and RAVER under its own private label. The EMOS company portfolio holds more than 2 600 active product items which are ready for immediate use. This product portfolio is divided into product groups lead by specialists who will help to ensure clarity in all aspects of technical support and purchase. Individual product groups assess the quality of imported products using either measuring instruments or testing equipment in the company´s laboratory or in registered testing laboratories. EMOS Ltd. is also a major supplier of technologies in electronics and electrical engineering. Just to name the most important ones: installations of TV systems, CATV, electrical safety and fire alarms, closed circuit television, supply and installation of telecommunication systems as well as building data and optical networks. Since 2022 EMOS has been part of the multinational LEGRAND Group which is a global specialist in electrical and digital infrastructure, offering high added value products and solutions that improve living with transformation of spaces where people live, work and meet.
