ERK's business areas are: • ENGINEERING: Boiler and plant design, basic and detail engineering, re-engineering, technical calculations, structural design, retrofitting solutions and expert reports. We design according to the global codes and standards. • BOILER SYSTEMS: Technology licences for our proprietary boiler systems including the ERK Boiler, Bi-drum, forced circulation and fire-tube boilers. • FIRNG SYSTEMS: Technology licences for our proprietary fluidised bed and water-cooled inclined grates. On request, we can also integrate third-party technology. • TUBE SYSTEMS: Technology licences for our proprietary tube systems. ERK Tube technology increases heat transfer and reduces fouling significantly in boiler, heater, heat exchanger and reactor systems. • R&D: Research and development is key to our long-term success and we maintain close ties with universities worldwide. Our research activities focus on boiler systems, firing systems, energy storage, power-to-heat, algae technology, and carbon emission reduction.
