We are a real estate consultancy that focuses on helping students move to London for their post-secondary studies by helping them navigate London's property and rental market. We visit homes on behalf of students, and provide them with bespoke home-walkthroughs and reports for their top three properties. Once a home is secured, we review the draft lease and ensure what the students are signing is a fair lease agreement. Once students have confirmed a move-in date, we will setup their Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax, and other home necessities.
