European Network on Victims' Rights
The European Network on Victims' Rights (ENVR) is a professional collaboration of national experts - policy makers and practitioners – in the field of victims' rights. ENVR was established by the 9997/16 Council conclusions establishing an Informal European Network on Victims' Rights (‘Amsterdam Conclusions'). The basic aim of ENVR is to be a forum for discussing practical issues that helps implementing victims' rights related EU law and to apply the transposed legislation in a more effective manner. This network was co-funded by the European Union's [Justice Programme (2014-2020)].
