EvoHale is a team of Integrative Wellness Coaches and Consultants. Our Coaches are Nationally Board Certified through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching and have the (NBC-HWC) credential. This credential will allow our coaches to work alongside your medical team if necessary to support you in reaching your health goals. Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching is not therapy. Integrative Wellness Coaching focuses on a vision of what you want your health or life to look like and forming a plan to get there. We realize that just prescribing diets or fitness regimes does not usually help us have lasting change. Nor does just having a diagnosis of diabetes, Barrett's esophagus, or heart disease. Our coaching is about you as a whole person: your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life vision. Clients typically reach various goals or make lasting habit changes through the coaching process. At the same time, they improve their performance and enhance their quality of life. At EvoHale we realize that Knowledge Alone Does Not Change Behavior. However, we also understand that getting clarity on what beliefs and barriers might be keeping us from using that knowledge to make a change does.
