Exceed Safety was founded out of a desire to create a legacy for Tim Neubauer's safety vision. Tim's reach extends far beyond national coverage. His clients are global, and he travels internationally, and he is recognized internationally in the safety field. Tim has been a safety consulting in the real world with real experiences spanning over three decades. He has done safety audits, safety inspections, and spent years as a safety trainer for the National Safety Council. With expertise in steel erection, concrete, and other construction trades. He also has real world experience in chemical and power generation fields. Tim has wrapped all this up into founding a premier safety consulting firm based in North Carolina. Exceed Safety has two missions. The first is to save lives and reduce injuries with a systematic approach to safety that is customized to each client. This system has been used for decades on thousands of companies. During that time, it has been refined and adapted by Tim Neubauer to fit today's business models. With experience spanning three decades in the real-life application of safety principals while in the field, Tim has a unique perspective and approach to safety process' and programs. Tim Neubauer has his master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who has a wide range of knowledge in wide range of industries and specializes in construction health and safety. Tim has worked with The National Safety Council and their affiliates for more than 20 years in full time capacity as well as an adjunct Subject Matter Expert. Additionally, he has facilitated the Advanced Safety Certificate (ASC) courses as an instructor, was an OSHA OTI Level 500 Instructor in region five, certified National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Instructor at the Journeyman Iron worker level and was awarded "Outstanding Safety Professional of the Year'' by Columbia Southern University.
