Extended Families Australia

Extended Families Australia exists to challenge that – we're a group of people who believe that having joy in your life and being a part of your community is important for everyone. Extended Families Australia is a not-for-profit incorporated organisation that facilitates positive connections between children and young adults with disabilities, their families and the community.
