FRAC is a Research and Analysis Laboratory of international repute for analysis of food & beverages and environment monitoring. It was established in 1989 under the competent aegis of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). It is an autonomous body registered under the Indian Society Act XXI of 1860 and supported by Ministry of Food Processing Industry, Government of India. FRAC is NABL accredited and BIS approved laboratory holding certificates of OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. FRAC is also empanelled with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). FRAC has also been appointed as a Training Partner for FoSTaC by FSSAI and thrives to provide you with all the services related to your product quality. FRAC was established as an analysis and testing facility to provide reliable and accurate analysis services to the food processing industries in India. FRAC is committed to provide analysis of consistently high quality, satisfying the needs and expectations of the customers and statutory requirements, so that they serve their intended purpose leading to total customer satisfaction. FRAC is governed by a Governing Council (GC) consisting of members from Food Industries, Government of India Institutions, Scientific Institutes, Bureaucrats, FICCI and other distinguished experts. A Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), consisting of distinguished experts in the area, also advises it on technical issues. FRAC caters to the analytical needs of different Government agencies, Statutory bodies, MNC's, Corporate houses, Academic Institutions, different Food Industries including Exporters, Importers and Traders as well as Consumers. At present, FRAC is having an association with three regional laboratories in India known as Regional Food Research & Analysis Centers (RFRAC). These three laboratories are located each in Lucknow, Bangalore and Pune.
